Welcome to a truly exceptional property in Southers Lake, one of Suwanee's hidden gems. Nestled on 1.32 private acres, and minutes away from Johns Creek and Alpharetta, this beautifully updated home offers a rare combination of privacy, nature, and convenience. Backing directly to a peaceful community lake with private access for fishing and canoeing, you'll enjoy breathtaking views, abundant wildlife, and a tranquil setting with no neighbors behind you and none directly across the street. A long stamped concrete driveway leads to an impressive arrival, while the professionally landscaped grounds, decorative stone creek, black iron fencing with gated access, and mature hardwoods create an estate-like atmosphere. Inside, a dramatic two-story foyer opens to a soaring two-story great room filled with natural light. Real oak hardwood floors, a thoughtfully designed floor plan with the staircase tucked away from the foyer, and a beautifully renovated kitchen featuring custom cabinetry, countertops, and a cabinet-depth refrigerator make this home as functional as it is elegant. The spacious screened porch is a true extension of the home, complete with a gas fireplace, TV, and interchangeable screens and winter vinyl panels, creating a comfortable year-round outdoor living space overlooking the private backyard and lake. The upper level features a spacious bonus room ideal for a home office, media room, or playroom, an oversized walk-in cedar closet, and a beautifully renovated primary suite with a luxurious oversized tiled shower. A full daylight basement provides endless opportunities for future living space, recreation, storage, or a workshop. Extensively updated, this home also features a new kitchen (2024), new main-level HVAC (2022), newer roof (2018), two 80-gallon gas water heaters, custom plantation shutters, updated lighting and ceiling fans, recently painted interior and exterior, and newer kitchen appliances. Located in highly desirable Forsyth County and served by Settles Bridge Elementary, Riverwatch Middle, and Lambert High School, this home also offers the convenience of the school bus stopping directly in front of the house. Enjoy quick access to GA-400, I-85, I-985, Northside Hospital, Emory Johns Creek Hospital, premier shopping and dining, Sharon Springs Park, and First Redeemer Church.
