Honestly, let me tell you what's so bad about this house. Because there are some serious problems you need to know about. The problem? Four bedrooms. And here's the kicker, each one comes with its own private bathroom. Plus there's a powder room on the main floor. So... yeah, good luck teaching your kids to share anything. That life lesson? Gone. Then there's the formal dining room with coffered ceilings and judge's panel trim throughout. You know what that means, right? You might actually become the house everyone wants to come to. Congratulations you're hosting now. Every holiday. Every birthday. Every family gathering. Forever. Oh, and there's a private office with French doors that actually close. Real doors. So you're probably going to find yourself just relaxing in there instead of working. Next, the kitchen. Quartz countertops everywhere. Soft close cabinets and drawers. Gas cooktop with a hood that actually vents outside, not just re-using the same air. So here's the thing: takeout isn't really going to be an option anymore. You might actually have to cook. Wood burning fireplace in the living room with custom built ins and a gas starter for when you're feeling lazy. Master suite on the main floor with a tile shower, soaking tub that's actually big enough to soak in, and a water closet for privacy. And the laundry? Right there on the main level. Do you think you could handle never climbing stairs with a laundry basket again? Step outside to your covered porch overlooking a flat, usable backyard. This is The Crest, just thirty-five homes total, between the country club and downtown Newnan, Georgia. This is Georgia Real Estate. A modern home designed and created for luxury family living. The worst part, What happens if someone else sees this before you do?

Nearly finished in The Crest, the Anderson plan by JR Homes is a single-level home on a 0.35-acre lot. Inside, there is hardwood in every room, including all three bedrooms, so no carpet anywhere. The great room has a vaulted ceiling and a fireplace with a raised hearth and custom mantel, and it opens to the breakfast area and a kitchen with a Driftwood island, white soft-close cabinets with 42-inch uppers, quartz countertops, a farmhouse sink, a gas cooktop and stainless appliances. There is also a separate dining room with coffered ceilings for holidays. The primary suite has a tiled shower and quartz vanity, and the guest bath was upgraded with a tile shower and framed glass. The third bedroom works well as a study. Covered porches front and back, a 2-car garage, a sodded yard with irrigation, and a brick water table under Greek Villa siding finish it off. Rendering shown; final finishes may vary.
